Burrito Gallery started in 2005 with a passion for local art, good food, and tasty drinks. It was a hole-in-the-wall with a line out the door serving up fresh Jax Mex to the soul of the city from the heart of the city. On any given day, you'd find a fresh mix of art on the walls and folks filling the seats -- but what never changed: a love for people from all walks of life, fresh ingredients, and good times.
