Level the Playing Field Leadership Academy was founded in X. Beginning in middle school, boys enter our program to receive mentorship, academic support, recreation, cultural enrichment, character development, emotional support, and community engagement through the age of 21. We believe providing these experiences to young male athletes of color from single parent homes will guide them to success in life as positive male role models.
