In 2007, Marc founded Spectrum Realty Services, LLC with the primary focus of supporting the needs of his real estate development projects and companies. After the real estate market almost collapsed, Spectrum experienced significant organic growth, primarily in the area of property management, as real estate owners began to rent the properties they could not sell. Subsequently, Marc expanded Spectrum’s business model and service offerings. In 2015 Marc launched a new branding effort with the intention of growing Spectrum into the trusted leader in Northeast Florida for property management and real estate brokerage services. Through ethical and honest practices, Spectrum Realty Services, LLC strives for this goal every day.
