Northeast Florida Healthy Start Coalition

We lead the community's efforts in improving the health and well being of women, babies and their families in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties. By building partnerships, mobilizing community members, and providing needed programs and services, we're able to influence and address critical issues affecting moms, dads and children including access to preconception and prenatal care; infant safety and nutrition; mitigation of toxic stress; and support for new parents.
