We provide Structural Engineering for new commercial and residential construction. Our firm can also provide Residential Design as authorized under Florida Statutes and Florida Administrative Code. We no longer accept repairs concerning termite damage or that require inspection under a house, also we no longer offer our services to projects that are flagged by any authority for unlawful construction or repair as well as any construction that was begun without a permit or was designed by another Engineer with an active license. It is unlawful for a licensed Structural Engineer to sign and seal Architectural Plans without being a licensed Architect.
