We provide a Qualified Income Trust (or Miller Trust) for those who need one to qualify for Medicaid to help pay for nursing home care, but have more income than is allowed by the income eligibility limit for Medicaid benefits. The Qualified Income Trust allows those who have income greater than the limit (currently $2,382 gross income per month) to qualify for Medicaid benefits.
