Valei Arts Tattoo Studio is a private locally owned and operated small business. The head artist and owner, Randy Keener has been an artist in the Jacksonville area for 17 years. With a Samoan heritage and Hawaiian roots, he specializes in traditional Polynesian and Japanese pieces but his scope of talent reaches far beyond that. He is an artist who has truly made a name for himself in the tattooing world.
