We no longer accept repairs concerning termite damage or that require inspection under a house, also we no longer offer our services to projects that are flagged by any authority for unlawful construction or repair as well as any construction that was begun without a permit or was designed by another Engineer with an active license. It is unlawful for a licensed Structural Engineer to sign and seal Architectural Plans without being a licensed Architect.
