Dr Sonya Rice Thompson is an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Florida College of Medicine - Jacksonville and an obstetrician-gynecologist at UF Health North. She received her medical degree from Augusta University and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Medical College of Georgia.
Annie McCartney is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who works in our Maternal Fetal Medicine office in Jacksonville. Annie previously worked in the Department of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida, and at University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she also served as a faculty instructor with the School of Nursing.
